Healthy Eating Made Easy!

I've partnered with a Personal Chef to make healthy eating not only convenient, but delicious!  

Chef Lilly Allison's culinary expertise comes from growing up with seasonal, lush vegetables in her parent's garden to Pan-Asian restaurants in Seattle and on to Argentine Parilla's in Buenos Aires. 

Crafting her passion for food at home in a new and healthy way is her gift.  She specializes in using beautiful seasonal food to create meals that bring health to the body, mind, and spirit.  Chef Lilly avoids using any preservatives, food colorings, simple carbohydrates, refined sugars, or other chemicals and toxins that do not belong in our bodies.  

The meals are prepared in the safety of a commercial kitchen and Chef Lilly is certified through the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals as a Food Safety Manager.  All meals are made with special care and attention to dietary needs including portion control.   With Chef Lilly's meals you can truly nurture yourself with beautiful cuisine in the comfort of your own home.

Individual Portion sizes are as follows:

  • Protein: 4 ounces (including chicken, fish, turkey, red meat, tempeh)
  • Complex Carbohydrates: 1/2 - 1/3 cup (whole grains only)
  • Vegetables: 3/4 - 1 cup depending on if they are raw or cooked
  • Side Salad Greens: 1-2 cups
  • Other items such as fruits, nuts and beans will vary according to dish.
  • Please note that in some cases a side salad will be considered two side dishes; additional salads could be added if desired.

Plan #1 - Choice of 5 meals (4 servings each)

Each of the meals will include:

  • 1 lb. cooked protein, 2 cups complex carbs
  • 3-4 cups vegetables or 6-8 cups prepped salad
    ingredients with homemade dressing on the side.
  • Additional items such as fruits, nuts and beans will vary.

Plan #2 - Choice of 4 meals (4 servings each)

Each of the meals will include the same as the meals above
for Plan #1. Delivery is included*

Each of the meals will include the same as the meals above

Each of the meals will include:

  • 1/2 lb. cooked protein, 1 cup complex carbs
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups vegetables or 3-4 cups of prepped salad ingredients with homemade dressing on the side.

Delivery Fee is waived for a minimum order of $120*

*Delivery Area is within 5 miles of C-470 between Golden and Highlands Ranch, other areas will be determined according to the distance traveled for a minimal cost necessary.

There is also the option to pick up from the commercial kitchen in Ken Caryl
